Hatha Yoga is a system of self-cultivation by which the individual frees himself from the burden of the world and its bondage. This cannot be achieved through superficial work. One must begin at the root and grow slowly, grow with patience and grow through persistence.

Shadow Yoga weekly class schedule



9.00 – 10.30am : Asana Angahara (Yoga experience)

6.30 – 8pm : Beginners


6.00 – 7.30pm : General Level (Shadow Yoga experience)


9.00 – 10.30am : Beginners

6.30 – 8pm : Beginners


6.00 – 7.30pm : Nritta Sadhana (Shadow Yoga experience)


9.00 – 10.30am : General Level (Shadow Yoga experience)


 10 – 11.30am : Open

There’s lots of parking space on the road-side of Whau Valley Road.


$15 per class (classes are 90 minutes long)
