Class Schedule

Hatha Yoga is a system of self-cultivation by which the individual frees himself from the burden of the world and its bondage. This cannot be achieved through superficial work. One must begin at the root and grow slowly, grow with patience and grow through persistence.

Shadow Yoga weekly class schedule


9.00 – 10.30am : Asana Angahara (Yoga experienced)

6.30 – 8pm : Beginners


6.00 – 7.30pm : General Level (Shadow Yoga experienced)


9.00 – 10.30am : Intermediate

5 – 6.15pm : Beginners taught by Suze $12

*New class*  6.30-7.45pm : Beginners taught by Suze $12

7 – 8.30pm : Beginners


6.00 – 7.30pm : Nritta Sadhana (Shadow Yoga experienced)

*New class*  starting February 2019 at 9am for Beginners  Date TBC


9.00 – 10.30am : General Level (Shadow Yoga experienced)

*New class*  5.30 – 6.45pm : Beginners taught by Suze $12


8am : Individual Asana /Self Practise – booking essential, individual time slots given
(No session as Jaymin is teaching a workshop)

10 – 11.30am : Open

There’s lots of parking space on the road-side of Whau Valley Road.


$15 per class (classes are 90 minutes long)

Private tuition

Private tuition available; please contact me. Corporate classes available and pregnancy classes taught upon request.
